our traveling healthcare professionals. You can be

q Shift Travel Nurses Housing:
1.)
We will offer you a tax-free housing stipend to be paid
weekly, this amount is determined by the cost of
living in each respective location.
2.)
Another option for housing, that q Shift Travel Nurses
offers is private , furnished 1 bedroom apartments.
With this package, we will provide up to $75.00 for
utilities (not including cable or phone). Employees
will be responsible for the cost of additional rooms,
amenities and pet deposits.
3.) q Shift Travel Nurses will offer you
Corporate housing. Included in
this are linens, dishes, utensils, televisions,
microwaves, hot plates, refrigerators and queen size
beds.
Health Insurance:
Comprehensive health care insurance is free to our
employees. Dental and vision
coverage is available as well.
If you decline health insurance
coverage, q
Shift will increase your hourly compensation
package.
Travel allowance:
We
provide you travel allowance at the beginning and end of
your assignment or airfare as you may choose to fly.
Licensure reimbursement:
100%
reimbursement of your licensure cost upon completion of
your first 13 week assignment.
Direct Deposit:

Shift
provides you direct deposit each Friday morning into
your bank account.
Continuing Education:
q
Shift Travel Nurses will reimburse $75.00 per
assignment for CEUs needed to assure clinical
competency. This benefit is available during the
2nd thirteen week assignment and is reimbursed at the
successful completion of the assignment. (Prior approval
required for reimbursement)
Tax Advantage Plan:
This program has many names by
companies which offer it. You receive non taxable
payments for daily living expenses because you are
traveling. q
Shift follows all guidelines set forth by the IRS
allowing you to receive considerable reimbursement and
allowances. The numerous IRS programs provide you
significant increased take home pay opportunities.
Retirement:
(The
second most important program during your career and
most important after).
401k- q Shift offers quarterly enrollment and a matching
contribution after your first 13 week assignment.
IRA-
q Shift offers an option of receiving $1000 at different
times throughout the year for your retirement benefit.
BONUSES:
Profile and Application Bonus:
$20 for your initial profile and submission to
hospitals.

successful completion of your first assignment.
Assignment Bonus:

provides graduated assignment bonuses for every
concurrent 13 week assignment. Bonuses graduate from
$250 to $500 or $1000 paid to your retirement account.
A Laptop or an equivalent option may be substituted
after the successful completion of the third
assignment.
Loyalty Bonus:

Shift provides a loyalty Bonus of $2000 (less any
prior assignment bonuses awarded) after 4
concurrent assignments (1872 hours) with the provision
of 30 or less days off between assignments.

Referral Bonus:
